When you are feeling negative emotion,
you are in a very good position to identify what you want.

Because never are you more clear about what you do want…
than when you are experiencing what you do not want.

And so, if you will stop in that moment and say,

"Something is important here,
otherwise I would not be feeling this negative emotion;
I need to focus on what I want."
And, then turn your attention to what it is that you want.

In the moment of the turning of your intention,
the negative emotion and the negative attraction will stop.

And in the moment the negative attraction stops,
the positive attraction will begin.

And your feelings will change from not feeling good to feeling good.

That is the process of Pivoting.

A very simple process of Pivoting would be to say,
"I want to feel good."

Anytime you are feeling bad, stop and say,
"What I want is to feel good."

And if you will offer that,
then thoughts will begin to come to you
on the positive side of the equation.

And as one thought attracts another,
attracts another, and attracts another,
...
you will very soon be vibrating at the frequency
that is in harmony with your greater knowing.

And then you will really be rolling in terms of positive creation.

Do not try to save the world; save yourself.
That means that you need to focus on what makes you feel good.

The process of Pivoting is the tool
that will bring you to what you want.

It is the process whereby you consciously decide:
"Yes, I want to look for what I want,
and I will no longer look in the direction of the lack of it."

Pivoting is the continual, hour-after-hour,
segment-by-segment process
whereby you choose the positive.

It is the way you get to feeling good.

And, it is a way that you can get whatever you want.

Oh, that’s because you have an entourage that travels with you.”

We promise you, no entourage can buck your current.

There is no one in the world who can prepare your path for you, you see.

You are all as rich as everyone else
because you all have the resources of the Universe
at your fingertips.

And when you take the time,
when you care enough to take the time to find the better-feeling thought, now, you’re moving toward something that will please you.

Every step you take, you are marching toward a manifestation.

And if you feel good while you’re stepping
—you are marching, marching, marching
toward things that are going to delight you
when they get there.

And if you are ornery, if you’re unhappy,
if you are frustrated, if you are blameful,
if you are angry, if you are hateful,
if you are revengeful, if you are fearful,
if you are depressed
—you are marching, marching, marching
toward things that are going to augment
that feeling of depression, of anger,
of frustration.

In other words,
the way you feel must net you more stuff
that feels like the way you feel.

The better it gets, the better it gets, the better it gets,
the better it gets, the better it gets, the better it gets,
...
the worse it gets, the worse it gets, the worse it gets,
the worse it gets, the worse it gets.

You cannot defy the Laws of the Universe—please give it up!

Stop trying to use your words and your action
for the stuff that attitude and mood, and vibration are to do.

In other words, mold yourself into place.

Do the vibrational work before you do the action work,
and the action work will be a fraction of what it has been before.

If you take the time to do the vibrational work first,
you won’t have to offer nearly as much action.

You’ll begin to discover that the things
that are important for you just unfold for you
because the Universe is at your fingertips.

The fairies of the Universe are there for you.

You are the center of an enormous entourage that means to please you.

And when you, through your magnificent deciphering of contrast,
give birth to a rocket of desire,
that rocket of desire is duly noted, understood,
and absolutely agreed with by all of the resources
of the Universe.

And now all you’ve got to do,
is to get in the vibrational compliance
with what you are asking for.

There are 3 steps to the Creative Process:

Step One, you don’t have to worry about;
contrast makes you take that step.

Contrast causes you to desire or focus, or prefer.

Step Two, not your work, anyway.

Source and all of the resources of Source answer your request.
That’s that vibrational alignment.
That’s that one point of vibrational relativity that happens instantaneously.

So, your only work is Step Three.

And Step Three is: Can I find a thought right now that feels a little better than the thought I’ve been thinking?

That’s all Step Three is.

Finding a thought that causes me to feel a vibration (or a feeling) of relief.

So, there is allowing of what I want, or disallowing of what I want.

There is allowing of what I want, or resisting what I want.

You are either practicing the art of allowing, or the art of resisting.

When you’re forking off toward things you want,
you’re practicing the art of allowing.

When you’re forking off to things you don’t want,
you’re practicing the art of resistance.

And every day, and every moment of your life experience

In other words, your answers would all reflect
the joyful state of being that you found.

when you are allowing,

the Pure Positive Energy
that is You flowing through,

I can't get it wrong because I never get it done
because If it doesn't feel right,
I just conjure a Virtual Reality that feels righter,
and it becomes that!

Do I have all of the answers to all of the questions?
Or am I still seeking? Still seeking.

Am I frustrated that I don't know everything right now?
No, I'm happy to allow it to unfold.
Because I understand that I can't get it wrong,
and I never get it done.

And the reason I can't get it wrong is
because I never get it done.

Because if I stand in a place that doesn't feel right,
all I have to do is conjure a Virtual Reality that feels righter,
and it becomes that.

It feels like appreciation of what I see.

It feels like the world revolves around me.

It feels like everywhere I go,
there are people that are a vibrational match
to the best of that which I've conjured.

It feels like joy abounding.

It feels like, things that others worry about
is in some other Universe altogether,
because I see no evidence of it.

I'm so in alignment with who I am,
and so in alignment with who I really am from Source
--and so eager about unfolding.

So, would I only be standing in a place that has been perfected,
by others' standards?

No, I would not ever be standing in any perfect place.

I'd be standing in a diverse place
where I am evoking the perfection that is pleasing me.

It's like the chef in a well-stocked kitchen would not say
(a Virtual Reality chef, in a Virtual Reality well-stocked kitchen)
...in other words, this Source Energy chef would not say,
"I don't want those things in my pie,
so get them out of the kitchen."

He would say,
"Allow all things that anybody might like in any pie,
and I'll just select from this well-stocked kitchen
the things that please me in my pie.
And who knows? My taste in pies may evolve.

So it may serve me some day that that other stuff is there.
For I am a growing chef," he would say.
"I am never stagnant or dormant,
I'm always reaching for something new."

Actually, it would not be so different
from that which you are already knowing.

You are so close to this connected Being.
It's not a big stretch for any of you.
It's just a little tweaking of the mindset,
that's all.

What we notice is,
you come wanting things manifested
that you do not have.

And then you line up your Energy
and they begin manifesting.

And then, in the near future,
we will have classes on demanifestation,
or on sorting it, at least:

"How to sort and catalog my manifestations
so that they do not overwhelm me."

Abraham and "The Secret" ... an update

Dear Friends,

Nearly two years ago, while on-board our Mexican Riviera Cruise, Prime Time
Productions did an interview with Jerry and me, and with Abraham, in
response to an agreement that we had all carefully crafted together for a
television show that was to be aired in Australia called
"The Secret."

We were told that "The Secret" would be based on our work and that they would seek out other teachers who were in alignment with our work.
We reviewed, on DVD,
two other projects that had been created by this production company and found them to be beautifully done,
and good-feeling pieces.

Since Jerry and I had never before stepped into the public forum in that way
with our Abraham work,
we followed the advice of our publisher,
who introduced us to an intellectual property rights attorney who assisted us in
drafting the agreement which would guide our involvement with this project.

He explained to us that although he had included in the intellectual
property rights license agreement that we were to receive a small percentage
of the net profit from this project,
and 10% of direct video sales,
that it was very unlikely that (from his experience) we would receive any
substantial compensation from our participation,
and we were not unhappy with that arrangement.

Our decision to do it was not motivated from the idea
of making money from it,
(unless there was profit to share) but because we
were stimulated by the excitement of this beautiful producer,
and when we met her and her beautiful crew,
we easily loved them all.

As time went by,
it became apparent that the television network that we had
been told would air "The Secret" was not going to do it,
at least not right now,
and so the production company began seeking other ways of marketing
their beautiful project to recoup their very large investment.

While Jerry and I were uncomfortable with what felt to us like a rather aggressive
marketing campaign
(just not our style, nothing wrong with it)
we stayed focused on our busy schedule and really had very little to do with what was
happening with "The Secret."

Eventually we received an email from the producer of "The Secret" lovingly explaining
(we never have received correspondence from her that was anything
other than extremely loving)
that the contract that we had all agreed upon and signed was no longer sufficient for their further distribution of the project in the areas they were now seeking to distribute the project,
and that it would be necessary for us
(Jerry and Esther)
to relinquish our
intellectual property rights in these areas forever and redo our contract or
they would have to reluctantly edit us out.

It was clear,
from the lovingly written email that they did not want to edit us out,
but after conferring with our publisher,
and then our intellectual property rights attorney,
and finally with Abraham,
allowing them to edit us out was the path of least resistance.

Abraham's words were very clear and easy to understand:
"Whenever you are given an ultimatum that says,
'if you don't do this,
then we will have to do such and such,'
it is best that you just let it go and move on.
Otherwise there is always another,
and this, and this, and this."

Now,
it seems there is quite a firestorm surrounding our
dis-involvment with
"The Secret".

We are receiving so many emails and letters
and face-to-face questions from disappointed people regarding this,
so we want you to understand how we feel about it.

We think that "The Secret" clearly and beautifully presents Abraham's Law of Attraction in a way that is easy to understand.

It is filled with stunning beauty and beautiful people,
many of whom are our personal friends.

We love the way "The Secret" moves us,
and we feel joy rise within our hearts every time we watch it.

We feel the power of it,
and the clarity of it,
and we love "The Secret".

It is our desire that,
rather than being upset that our part of "The Secret" will be omitted in future offerings of it,
that instead you enjoy the original Abraham version,
as it is, at this time,
and that you look forward to what other incredible things these talented people may bring to you.

These are people who clearly care about the planet,
who want to be of value,
and who, in our opinion,
are of tremendous value.

Financially speaking,
we have been very well paid for our participation with this project,
which has amounted to a staggering amount of money.
And if money were the most important factor,

But what we have noticed
as we have been interacting with physical Beings
is that while you may have an experience

... and while that experience may be unpleasant
and uncomfortable,
the majority of your negative emotion
comes forth not during the minutes
of that negative experience,
but they come forth in all the hours
that you ponder and chew upon it
after the experience.

Usually, there is much more of your time spent in thought of the negative thing that has happened than in the actuality of what is happening.

The majority of your negative emotion
could be eliminated if,
in those times when you are alone,
you would focus upon
what you now want to think about.

And then, in those briefer encounters,
in those smaller parts of your life experience
where you are actually being harassed by another,
you will grow stronger in your ability
to not notice the harassment so much
and, in time, the Law of Attraction
will not bring you to those experiences
because those thoughts
will no longer be active within you.

There Are Enough Resources For Everyone

Guest: I'm trying to understand greed. There are all kinds of statistics that are batted around about 5% of the population of the world use 98% of the world's resources...

Abraham: Here's the thing. We would quarrel with it a little bit, but let's accept that it's an accurate statistic. You're really going to like this: If 6% of the population were wanting to receive like 5% does, then the resources would expand to accommodate 6%. If 10% of them wanted to receive like the 5% does, the resources would expand to accommodate 10%. If 100% of the population of your planet wanted to live like the 5% have already decided that they do -- the resources of your planet would expand to accommodate 100%. So it isn't that the 5% are squandering the resources. It's that they are asking for what they want -- and are getting it. And the other 95% are belly aching about it, and holding themselves not in the receiving mode, and, therefore -- not creating it. There are enough resources for everyone to have everything that they want.

Guest: So, there is really no such thing as greed?

Abraham: Most people would define greed as taking more than I need, or getting more than my fair share. And we would say to you, this is a Universe that has infinite resources. (People quarrel with that, but it is our promise to you that if you have the ability to define it as a desire, this time/space reality, in which you are focused, has the ability to yield it to you, no exceptions.) Now, whether you're talking about money or something else, here's what's at the basis of the shortage thinking: Most people have this distorted view that there's just one pile that's being divvied out. And if I, this rich old bugger, go with my big dump trucks and I carry away a great big piece of the pile, then others who show up with their wheelbarrows or tea cups will be deprived of what they would have gotten, because the pile would, after all, be drastically diminished by the hoarding that I have done from my greedy perspective. And the reason that we wanted to put it in that dramatic way is because all of that is such hogwash. When you ask it is always given! But, as you do not allow yourself to receive, nobody else gets it. When you think about physical Well-being, do you ever say "I've been healthy for so long, I think I'll be sick for a few years to let other people be well?" You understand the resources that you would call clarity are yours, or not, but you don't say, "Oh, I've been so confused today, there must be a really smart person running around here somewhere." The only thing that ever holds anyone apart from something that they want, is that they are choosing to focus upon the lack of what they want, and therefore they are a vibrational match to the lack of what they want -- and therefore that is their reality, or that is their creation.

Here you are, on the same planet that you've been on for more years than you have the ability to count. And just in the last 400 years, look at the difference in your economy. And it's the same exact planet. Nobody has been trucking in or piping in any resources. There are not more resources present today. You are just vibrationally lining up with the utilization of them. And, oh, this planet's ability to yield to you: you have not even scratched the surface of it. It is a continually replenishing environment. And you would never be able to get your planet imbalanced by utilizing more of its resources than it could produce. It just cannot happen.

So we would go back to your earlier question and say to you, greed is a non-issue because it is an impossibility. It is not possible for someone to get more than their fair share.
